WHERE are they getting this stuff !!
Thank you. I have actually had multiple males look me over and say, 'You don't look like you play video games.'
What the hell is that supposed to mean? Wow, rude.
On Saturday, at an International Women’s Day event, I was wearing a traditional dress and some snot-nosed teenager gamer, eight years my junior looked at me up and down and disdainfully informed me, “You don’t look like a gamer.”
"Do you need to see my Alienware? I have it with me."
He went to test me, asking, “So … what games do you play?”
"Mass Effect, Dragon Age, Fallout, to name a few?" I said. "I’ll show you my Steam account."
Then he says … “What’s Steam?”
Reblogging for how awesome that story is.
Also significant, that can be the same woman ^^ It is not impossible for us to be able to wearing comfy - game-related cloths and also be able to rock heels when we wanna. I’ve always hated being judged over your level of nerdiness — we love the same things? great lets talk about that
Unbelievable/Sad But True Sneak Peek (x)

This scenario seems very scary, I’m not sure what happened to Zoe when she was drunk but I know that there has been real cases of girls being sexually abused - and it been filmed - in recent years. I hope that Degrassi can in some way help this ridiculous level of abuse from happening again, and that who ever the characters are that hurt Zoe get their comeuppance and then some!
